IMPORT / MATCH / PRICE
Match your customer's list to SPR items, compare three margins, and prepare a Prima import.
Excel .xlsx | first visible worksheet | up to 5,000 items / 10 MB.
Required headers: Item, Description, UM, Freq
Upload a mappings workbook previously exported by this tool. Applied mappings still require review.
Select only supplier accounts you can purchase through. The customer account comes later.
Lowest positive cost for the exact SPR item + selling unit. Supplier 15 / SPR. Only minimum quantities of 1 or less are eligible. Freq is not an order quantity.
Gross profit percentage, not markup.
Sell = Cost / (1 - GP / 100)
Prices rounded to the nearest cent. Costs retain their original precision.
Items with a positive cost are automatically confirmed. Editing an SPR item or unit resets confirmation until its cost is recalculated.
Use Find Prima options to rank matches from StockDescription and InvoiceDescription. Text scores are similarity rankings, not proof of equivalence. Review the candidate and its selling unit before using it. Costs shown in options are snapshots; using an option and exporting refresh the cost.
Choose a candidate in several rows, then click Use selected options to apply them together. You can also type an item number. Only included rows with a selection or typed number are updated.
Excel includes the nine requested columns. Unmatched items retain blank cost and sell prices for review.
UM in the quote is the SPR selling unit shown in the grid.
All included items must have a Prima or manually entered cost and a confirmed match.
Ten headers; only AccCode, ItemCode, UnitType and Value populated. Download only - no writes to Prima.
Download a Word quotation with an Office Systems introduction and final unit prices. Costs and GP are kept out of the document.
Uses this GP only: sell price = cost / (1 - GP / 100). Items without a positive cost are automatically omitted. Priced items are automatically confirmed when calculated. Currency labels prices without conversion. Descriptions are labeled as requested descriptions; quoted item codes identify the offered products.
